Standard Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued for returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Process

  • The item(s) you wish to return

Return instructions will be provided via email.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, email photos of the damage and your order number to support@hgfnvllc.com within 14 days of delivery.

Missing Items

If part of your order is missing, contact us with the subject line “MISSING ITEM” and your order number.
